So happy to find a place like this in the middle of a active tourist area. Food is healthy and tasty, atmosphere is relaxed, and the owners seem to really enjoy what they’re doing.

Amazing healthy, delicious and thoroughly home made food!! Nadine & Kilian are masters when it comes to creating super tasty and healthy meals, and I am so happy to have this vegan and gluten-free go to place for lunch, healthy cakes, homemade gluten-free bread and hopefully soon dinner! When I went to have lunch there the last time I had a chat with one of the owners, Nadine. She explained how they make everything themselves. They source organic and ethical ingredients where they can, and make every little sauce from scratch. It’s also seen how they put so much attention and love in every detail, I felt really taken care of. I’ve enjoyed many of their meals and will be back for many more to come!

It's hard to find a quiet and nice place around here, but if that wasn't enough, they also have good quality organic coffee and the tastiest cakes! Plus the service is excellent, will definitely come back! (Paradise for vegans and gluten free!)

An oasis in Puerto Colon!! Whether you are looking for a place to chill, have some tasty or healthy food, just a coffee or a dessert, Inner you Café is the place! Nadine and Kilian prepare with love delicious and innovative dishes and drinks (everything is homemade and fresh), with carefully selected ingredients and a beautiful presentation. They are passionate about healthy food. It is not just words on a menu and it shows. The cafe has a friendly and cozy atmosphere with the sofas, the plants. The flat bread and veggies with its tasty homemade sauce was delicious, the lasagna divine and there are no words for the chocolate tart. I can't wait to try the other dishes and cheesecakes! It is also an animal friendly place. Lou (the little dog with a big soul will bring joy and laughter to your heart). Thank you Nadine and Killian for the care you are putting in everything you do.

Cafetería con plato del día en el sur. Hace 2/3 semanas que han abierto. Probablemente la mejor lasaña que haya comida en mi vida (pero era plato del día, quizá otro día no tengan). Es todo sin gluten. Tienen tostadas, ensaladas raw, zumos, cafés...
