El Invernadero Restaurante – Puerto del Rosario

Wow I almost passed up having dinner here and am so glad I didn’t miss out on an incredible meal. Love the concept and the food was phenomenal! I was a very happy and a very stuffed vegan after this dinner! The attention to detail and the extra little touches also make this a truly memorable dining experience. Not to be missed!

Un restaurante muy recomendable, para sentarse a disfrutar de cada plato con calma y buen gusto. El entorno es precioso, los platos una delicia culinaria con productos locales y emplatados como auténticas obras de arte. Gracias familia Morales por el trato tan acogedor. Volveremos.

The place has an amazing concept. I believe the ingredients are source here in the farm in which the restaurant is. The food is lovely, the lovely waiters are super nice and helpful and overall is an amazing experience you should do.

Increible restaurante vegano muy proximo a Puerto del Rosario! El menu varía cada semana segun los productos de temporada. La atencion del servicio inmejorable. Platos muy equilibrados, abundantes y ligeros en la digestion. El precio del menu cerrado incluyendo una consumicion. Para repetir!!

Un 10. Buscaba una vegano para sorprender a una amiga y encontrar este por casualidad en Google maps fue un golpe de suerte. Trabajan con menú cerrado (29€ por persona) que van cambiando cada pocos días. Son por lo menos 4 platos entre entrantes y primeros y luego a probar 2 postres. Quedamos muy llenas. Platos súper generosos y muy muy ricos. Atención por parte de Rosa y Alexis exquisita explicando en cada momento cada plato. También incluía bebida. Recomiendo mucho este restaurante

I’m so glad we found El Invernadero on our latest trip to Fuerteventura. This is indeed such a hidden gem. Hidden away from the main tourist areas, you drive along the main road and turn off towards the sand dunes, take yourself off semi off road up to the restaurant. We received a warm welcome by the lovely Rosa, who invited us to look out into the adjourning garden to the restaurant. We then made our way to the table and Rosa explained the menu to us. For a total of 6 courses and one drink the total is 29.90 Euros. We did not have to wait for long for our first course which was absolutely beautiful. Wonderful delicate vegetable gyoza, incredible dipping sauce and a mouth watering croquette. Both my partner and I were now eagerly anticipating the other dishes. The vegan Cesar Salad was incredible my partner and I duelled over the shared dish XD. My only issue personally was having hot soup on a hot day, maybe it’s the British in me that likes to have hot soup on a cold day, but in the heat of Fuerteventura I, personally would have preferred a gazpacho. I was not personally looking forward to the Moussaka; Moussaka is not a dish I enjoy. I needn’t have worried because this was the best Moussaka I’ve experienced. The trio of deserts were also divine! To top it all off the ambience is incredible. I’ve dined in Michelin starred restaurants and whilst, yes, it is a great meal there. The warmth of this family run restaurant, the quality of the food and the passion you feel from the chef, all whilst you can feed the fish and relax is a top quality experience. The chef himself Alexis was joyful and explained that his inspiration for his dishes is his garden, where he looks out and plans the menu for the next week. I can only explain the dishes we had as the dishes change every week! This place is a labour of love and I give my thanks to Alexis, Claudia and Rosa for giving us a great experience. I also hate to say this, as the prices may increase by the time we next make it over to Fuerteventura, but we tipped generously as we felt it was deserved and the prices far too reasonable for what we had.

Fantástico.. un lugar sencillo,auténtico, con mucho corazón y alma, la comida espectacular, un vegano entretenido, creativo, equilibrado y sabroso.. un menú degustacion fabuloso… y lo más en medio del huerto. Y el servicio fantástico…Dan ganas de volver, gracias

Hands down to this family business running and all the chefs collaborating with the menu and the waiters. We went there as suggestion from Local peoples, It’s the second time in fuerteventura and the Vegan game couldn’t get better. The project started a decade ago with just having a field and growing plants then three years ago the family decided to take the next step to build a restaurant in front of the land. We were lucky enough to see the sunset,the landscape is breathtaking and peaceful. Even thought they were really busy, The father and chef was explaining every single dish. I like the story behind everything. Their menu is a fix and seasonal that goes trough different influences and country from Morocco to Germany to Italy. Very tasty food with a lot layers notes and flavour well presented as well. YES I’m working in a quality driven coffee shop in london serving world class coffee beans and I’m a foodie) Amazing chemistry with the chef and their family we could see the spark in their eyes when asked “how did everything started” They take proud on what their are doing and collaborating with a beer made in fuerteventura to save and educate school and farmer of animal welfare and abuse.
