- "What an absolute gem of an eatery. Stumbled upon this during a Google browse and took some good friends to try it out. Well, that was a good decision. Tiny place, probably seats a dozen when full. Set menu of 4 courses plus dessert, wines, coffees, beers. The cooking is excellent. This guy knows his business and produces some great flavour combinations. Particularly impressed with the sandia gazpacho. I had no idea until we had finished our meal that I had phoned and booked on a night when they were closed! How much more accommodating could any host and hostess be? Opening just for us and not even telling us they had until we took a business card at the end with their hours on it. A very well deserved 5 stars and we will be back when we are in the area again. Editing this review based on further visits: over the year or so we've known Espacio Vegano we have now visited three times. Each time we have taken different guests to make up our party of four. All have been blown away by the exciting and unique food produced here. Last night I was baffled as to how and Italian-style meringue could be made using chickpeas! See you on our next Spanish trip in October!"
