- "We happened across Vecosa by accident when driving down a side street in Guardamar del Segura looking for parking, and we decided that we wanted to go there. The next day, we went looking again, and found it just before closing. The owner made us feel very welcome, and we had a good chat. The environment is so relaxing and very Zen, it was a lovely place to sit and pass the time. Lots of plants and nicely designed. We ordered drinks, I had a gorgeous red smoothie, berries, banana and orange I think, it was delicious. My wife had Gazpacho. We had a couple of Starters, and a couscous with vegetables as a main course to share. We loved that the courses were made fresh and that there was a wait between eating, so much better than everything being rushed out at once. The food was amazing, everything we tried was the best we'd ever had of that type, the Guacamole could not be beaten in our opinion. The restaurant in it's current form may not be open if you leave it too long, so if you like Vegan food, or would like to see if you do, get yourself down there to try it out."
