- "What’s an amazing find. We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this amazing hotel under the stewardship of the equally amazing Ellie. From the moment we arrived. We were made to feel at home and shown around this beautiful property right in the very heart of the town. Ellie explained everything to us in great detail and we were left to settle in to our beautiful room with four post to bed overlooking the swimming pool. All of the mail we took at the hotel (breakfast and evening meal) were beautifully presented skilfully designed and made with the freshest of ingredients . Ellie is a talented cook and loves to prepare food that her guest will enjoy eating. We came away from our weekend break. Full of energy and enthusiasm for this beautiful place. Keep up the great work and success is guaranteed."
